Cancellation before delivery

Exchange/Return/Refund

Exchange/Return Procedure

1. Take a video or photo where you can check product defects or incorrect delivery along with your order number/name/contact number and leave it on the Q&A bulletin board.

- Required attachments

① 1 photo of the delivery box to show the waybill in detail

② One photo of all the components in the delivery box you received

⑱ A picture of the defective part of the product that can be read or a video at the time of opening

2. Check the contents of the Q&A and decide whether exchange/return is possible

3. In the case of a confirmed exchange/return, we will send a courier to return the product, and package the product in the condition it was first received.

4. When the exchanged/returned product is received, we will proceed with the exchange and refund after final confirmation.
