7.根据海关要求,目前只能使用出生年份在1960之后的身份信息下单及清关,如果收件人出生年份在1959年之前(含1959年)将无法成功拉取单号。

8.商品为海外直邮,商品没发出前,随时可以取消订单;商品发出后,无法取消,不接受退款。

8.快递被海关查验的情况,我们会通过邮件的方式进行通知,
届时需在收到邮件后24小时内按照邮件要求上传身份证照片及其他信息。
如未能及时确认邮件并向我们提供相关资料而造成快递退回或丢件,须有本人自行承担后果。

Cancellation before delivery

Cancellation and change are possible in the waiting state before delivery, and only orders for which consultation has been completed are available in the ready-to-ship state.

Cancellation after delivery

It is impossible to cancel after delivery, but a simple change of mind return that can be resold may be possible by paying the round-trip shipping cost.

Exchange/Return/Refund

- Products that have been damaged or opened cannot be exchanged/returned.

(However, exchanges due to scratches that damage accessories or product value are possible only if there is an opening video.)

- The outer case is a protective material to protect the product, and exchange or return is not possible due to scratches on the outer case.

- Minor scratches on accessories that may exist during the manufacturing process may not be eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange/Return Procedure

1. Take a video or photo where you can check product defects or incorrect delivery along with your order number/name/contact number and leave it on the Q&A bulletin board.

- Required attachments

① 1 photo of the delivery box to show the waybill in detail

② One photo of all the components in the delivery box you received

③ A picture of the defective part of the product that can be read or a video at the time of opening

2. Check the contents of the Q&A and decide whether exchange/return is possible

3. In the case of a confirmed exchange/return, we will send a courier to return the product, and package the product in the condition it was first received.

4. When the exchanged/returned product is received, we will proceed with the exchange and refund after final confirmation.
