6.根据海关要求,目前只能使用出生年份在1970년12月31日 - 2012년 1月 1日 之间的身份信息下单及清关,如果收件人出生年份不在规定时间,将无法成功拉取单号。

Cancellation before delivery

Cancellation and change are possible in the waiting state before delivery, and only orders for which consultation has been completed are available in the ready-to-ship state.

Exchange/Return/Refund

- Products that have been damaged or opened cannot be exchanged/returned.

Exchange/Return Procedure

1. Take a video or photo where you can check product defects or incorrect delivery along with your order number/name/contact number and leave it on the Q&A bulletin board.

- Required attachments

① 1 photo of the delivery box to show the waybill in detail

② One photo of all the components in the delivery box you received

③ A picture of the defective part of the product that can be read or a video at the time of opening

2. Check the contents of the Q&A and decide whether exchange/return is possible

3. In the case of a confirmed exchange/return, we will send a courier to return the product, and package the product in the condition it was first received.

4. When the exchanged/returned product is received, we will proceed with the exchange and refund after final confirmation.
